Privacy notice

This notice covers Silver Media Network Publishing, a private utility operated by Silver Media Network for its own authorised YouTube accounts, and these app-information pages.

Data accessed and used

With the owner’s Google OAuth authorisation, the utility accesses the owning channel’s identity and relevant video information, including titles, descriptions, settings, thumbnails, upload/processing state and native video IDs. It sends only authorised video originals, supplied artwork and intended metadata to YouTube API Services. It does not request Gmail, contacts or Google Drive API permissions.

Purpose and storage

This information is used to carry out the owner’s publishing instructions, reconcile the exact original, verify saved results and maintain private operational evidence. OAuth credentials remain in restricted, operator-controlled storage; they are not placed in these public pages or release evidence. Approved source files and relevant release records may be retained in SMN’s private workspace and archive while needed for those operations.

Processing and sharing

YouTube/Google receives API requests and authorised uploads. SMN’s configured automation, AI and storage providers may process the instructions, media or metadata needed to operate the authorised workflow. This utility does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or general-purpose AI-model training. Google user-data use and transfer adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Owner access, revocation and deletion

The owner can revoke the utility’s authorisation through Google Account permissions at any time. An authorised owner can request deletion of stored OAuth credentials and YouTube API data through their existing SMN operator contact or the support contact on the Google authorisation screen. Such requests are handled within seven days. Revoking access does not itself delete videos already hosted on YouTube; the owner controls those videos through YouTube and any separately authorised deletion.

These public pages

These are static information pages with no sign-up form, embedded media, advertising or analytics code added by SMN. Cloudflare hosts and delivers them and may process ordinary request data for delivery and security under its privacy policy. No YouTube account data or credentials are published here.
